Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions govern the sale of tickets and the admission to the Made in Leeds Festival (the “Event”).
1.2 The Event is organised and managed by VW Music Ltd (“the Organiser”), with registered company details of Victoria Warehouse Hotel, Trafford Wharf Road, Manchester, M17 1AB. The Organiser can be contacted at marketing@victoriawarehouse.com
1.3 By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Made in Leeds Festival
2.1 Made in Leeds Festival (the “Festival”) will take place on Saturday 5th August 2023 at Beaver Works, Whitehouse Street, Leeds, LS10 1AD.
2.2 By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use the Website.

3. Tickets
3.1 Tickets for the Festival can be purchased through Skiddle.com (the “Ticket Outlet”). Your purchase of a ticket is subject to the terms and conditions of the Ticket Outlet.
3.2 The Organiser reserves the right to request proof of age from any person seeking to enter the Event, and to refuse entry to any person who is unable to produce satisfactory proof of age. Admission to the Festival is strictly for persons aged 18 and over. We may require valid identification to confirm your age.
3.3 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any person without giving a reason, and to remove any person from the Event for any reason. We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person who violates the Festival’s terms and conditions or behaves in a manner that we deem inappropriate.
3.4 Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of cancellation or rescheduling of the Event. In such cases, the Organiser will issue refunds to ticket holders in accordance with its refund policy, as set out on the Made in Leeds Festival website.
3.5 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event, and to vary the Event programme, performers, and attractions, without notice or liability to ticket holders, and without any obligation to refund ticket price.
3.6 Furthermore, the Organiser reserves the right to remove any person from the Event who is found to be behaving in a disruptive or inappropriate manner, or who fails to comply with the instructions of the Event staff or security personnel.
In such instances, the Organiser may take appropriate legal action against the individual in question.
By entering the Event, all attendees agree to comply with the rules and regulations set forth by the Organiser, and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in their removal from the Event without refund, and potential legal consequences.

4. Prohibited Items and Activities

4.1 The following items and activities are strictly prohibited at the Festival:
● Illegal substances;
● Weapons or objects that could be used as weapons;
● Glass bottles or containers;
● Fireworks, flares or any other pyrotechnics;
● Laser pens;
● Air horns or loudspeakers;
● Animals (except assistance dogs);
● Drones or unmanned aerial vehicles; and
● Flyposting or graffiti.

4.2 We reserve the right to confiscate any prohibited items and to take any appropriate legal action against persons who engage in prohibited activities.

5. Cancellation or Rescheduling of the Event
5.1 In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the Event, you will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price or, if the Event is rescheduled, the option to retain your ticket for the rescheduled date.

6. Photography/Videography
8.1 By attending the festival, you acknowledge and agree that you may be captured on film or video by photographers and/or videographers, and that your likeness or image may be used by the Organizer for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, the festival’s website, and advertising materials.
8.2 If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please make your preference known to the festival staff upon entry. The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee that you will not be captured in any footage or images.

7. Severability
7.1 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of these terms and conditions which shall remain in full force and effect.

8. Entire Agreement
8.1 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written.

9. Third-Party Rights
9.1 No person other than the Organiser and the ticket holder shall have any rights under these terms and conditions.

10. Force Majeure
10.1 The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by any event beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil commotion, labour disputes, and disruptions to transport networks.
